James Loukusa
President and CEO
James has been with FCP Services for over 20 years starting in the field and progressively gaining more opportunities to grow. Currently James is President & CEO of FCP Services. James is the visionary for the organization helping to continue the growth of the business. James has overseen tremendous growth throughout his more than two decades leading FCP Services. James was instrumental in taking the company from a local, Minnesota-based company to a National General Contractor.
Robert Loukusa
Cheif Operating Officer / Integrator
Robert has been with FCP Services for over 16 years starting as a painter in the field and eventually leading all of the national operations group. In addition, Robert oversees the business development group for the organization and holds many of the key long-term client relationships for FCP Services. Robert has helped to guide national operations with continued growth in our in-house field crews and project managers to continuously perform national projects to a high quality.
Jon Barsness PhD
President, National & Minnesota Paint & Sr. VP, People
Jon has been with FCP Services since 2017 and is the first person to join the organization to oversee all HR functions and to help develop talent across the organization. Jon brings over 20 years of HR and leadership development experience. Oversight includes all of talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, and development of a values-based leadership culture. Jon has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Grace University, a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management and a PhD in Organizational Leadership also from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management.
